What will I learn?

Students will have opportunities to enjoy language and be empowered as functional, purposeful, creative and critical language users, who understand how transdisciplinary texts drawn from English and other disciplines can communicate and represent meaning. Students will learn to integrate, transfer and reflect on their prior knowledge, skills, attitudes and values; creatively inquiring into, producing and integrating learning and ways of working in order to explore relevant concepts, issues or problems. They will engage with text types across a range of disciplines to support their understanding of themselves, their world and their place in it.

What Pathway Options does this course provide?

The English Inquiry Level 2 course enables learners to achieve their potential through Years 11 and 12 and beyond in further study training or employment. It is the precursor to English Inquiry Level 3 (scheduled for 2024) or English Level 3.
