WINTER CONNECT PROGRAM

YEAR 9 AND 10 SKI CAMP

In 2024, 19 students from KSC took part in the Winter Connect Program with a focus on Downhill and Cross-Country Skiing at the Outdoor School at Bogong / Falls Creek. 

The learning intention of the 5-day camp was for students to build resiliency by developing strategies to cope with challenging situations by demonstrating persistence, motivation and initiative in the Alpine sports environment. To develop specialised movement skills in challenging movement situations and apply feedback in order to enhance performance. Also to develop a connection with the Alpine Environment by learning about it and spending time in it.
