At Melba College, our STRIVE values — Success, Teamwork, Resilience, Integrity, Valuing Excellence and Engagement — guide everything we do. These values are not just for the classroom; they shape who we are as a community both inside and outside of school.

We encourage all students to demonstrate STRIVE in their learning, their friendships and in the way they represent our college in the wider community. This includes when travelling to and from school. Please ensure you treat others with respect at all times, speak considerately, and show courtesy to members of the public. We also ask that students are mindful of our neighbours by not cutting through private properties and by respecting local homes and spaces.
