Senior School  Report

Jessica Hollands

As we approach the end of term, it has been a busy and rewarding period across the Senior School. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the many opportunities our students have embraced and the positive way they continue to represent our school community.

Currently, we are facilitating the Resilient Youth Survey, which provides valuable insights into student wellbeing. This data plays an important role in helping us better understand and support our young people, ensuring we continue to foster a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for all.

We were also proud to have 20 of our Year 10 students attend the Youth Fuel Summit. This was a fantastic opportunity for students to engage with important topics, develop leadership skills, and connect with peers from other schools. They represented our school with maturity and enthusiasm throughout the event.

In addition, a number of our senior students generously gave their time to support our recent Open Night. Their willingness to assist, share their experiences, and warmly welcome prospective families is greatly appreciated. They are excellent ambassadors for our school, and we thank them for their contribution.

As we head into the Easter break, I would like to wish all students in Years 10 –12 a restful and enjoyable holiday. I hope you are able to take advantage of the remaining pleasant weather, spend quality time with family and friends, and take care of your wellbeing.

The holidays also provide an important opportunity to reset and recharge. While rest is essential, I encourage students to maintain some consistency with their studies. Establishing regular habits, even in small ways, will help set you up for a positive and productive start to next term.

I wish everyone a safe and happy Easter break and look forward to welcoming students back refreshed for Term 2.

End of Term 1: Thursday 2nd April 2026 - 2:30pm.
