Student Appointments, Late Arrivals & Absence Reporting Procedures
We understand that from time to time, students need to be collected during the school day for medical, dental, or other appointments. To ensure a smooth process and minimise disruptions to classes, we ask all parents and carers to follow the procedures outlined below:
Collecting Your Child During the School Day
If you need to collect your child during school hours, please contact the General Office in advance by calling 5336 7264. This allows us to ensure your child is ready and waiting for you at the office at the required time.
To support a smooth pickup:
Pre-arrange a leave pass with the General Office. Your child will be given the pass and dismissed from class at the appropriate time by their teacher.
When you arrive to collect your child, please sign them out using the Compass Kiosk located at the General Office.
This helps avoid interruptions during class time, as we do not make announcements to classrooms and staff are not always available to collect students.
Not following this process may cause unnecessary delays in getting your child from class to the General Office.
Late Arrivals
If your child arrives late to school, they must present at the General Office to sign in and receive a late pass before going to class.
Reporting Absences
There are multiple ways to notify us if your child is absent:
Call the General Office on 5336 7264
Use the Absence Hotline: Call 5336 7264, then Press 1
Send a Text Message to 0498 464 155
Log the absence on Compass at any time

The yearbook is a wonderful keepsake capturing the highlights, achievements, and special memories of the year. It’s a fantastic way for students to reflect on their journey and celebrate the school community.

💲 Cost: $12 per book
📲 How to Order: Yearbooks will be available by opt-in only. You can purchase your copy via the Qkr App or at the General Office using cash or EFTPOS.
