Senior Badminton Teams Shine at Kingston Regional Round Robins

On Thursday, our senior boys’ and girls’ badminton teams proudly represented our school at the Kingston Regional Round Robin tournament. It was a challenging yet rewarding day filled with intense rallies, strategic gameplay, and tremendous spirit.

Throughout the day, our players competed against some of the top badminton talent in the state—including the No. 1 ranked player in Victoria! Despite the high level of competition, our students displayed outstanding resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship in every match. It was inspiring to watch them support one another, adapt to different opponents, and improve their game with each round.

A special congratulations to our senior boys team, who finished an impressive 2nd overall, winning four out of their five matches. Their only loss came in a hard-fought match against McKinnon Secondary College, a school renowned for its badminton program. This result is a testament to the dedication and determination our players have shown throughout the season.
