Friendly Basketball Academy Tournament

The BSC Basketball Academy hit the courts at MSAC this week for the first inter-Academy tournament for the year. 

BSC was invited alongside Chase Basketball’s seven other schools to play in this friendly competition. All BSC athletes competed well, putting into practice the skills and concepts they have learnt throughout the first two terms of Academy training. 

It was great to see so many BSC athletes supporting their Academy peers and representing the school and Academy with pride. 

Congratulations to BSC Academy Captain Charlie C who was recognised amongst the other school captains during the opening ceremony. A shoutout also goes to Arlo W who represented BSC in the 3 point shootout. 

The Basketball Academy cohort now heads back to training and eagerly awaits the next opportunity to compete. If you are wanting to get involved in the Basketball Academy, it’s not too late! Registrations can be made by contacting academies@chasebasketball.com.au
