Introducing our 2026 School Captains!

Anna O 6K

Hi, my name is Anna and I’m very happy to be one of your 2026 school captains. I wanted to be a school captain because I enjoy helping others become the best version of themselves, and I have always pictured myself in this role since I was little. Outside of school, I enjoy track and basketball, and I have been privileged to join a basketball team. I’m looking forward to hosting assemblies and going to Canberra Camp later in the year. Some of my favourite things about being at DPS are encouraging others, cheering at events, and helping our school become the best it can be. I have leadership experience speaking at the Civic Centre in front of hundreds of principals, representing our school, and helping the Preps settle into DPS. I feel very grateful to have been selected for this role and look forward to making 2026 the best year!

Caleb F 6W

Hi DPS community, my name is Caleb and I’m excited to be one of your 2026 school captains. I have always wanted to be a school captain since I attended my very first assembly in Prep. I wanted this role so I could be a good role model for the younger students. My favourite out-of-school activity is solving Rubik’s Cubes, and I have even been privileged to attend two Rubik’s Cube competitions. I also enjoy doing maths and reading books. I enjoy being a school captain because I can lead assemblies and support others. I’m especially excited for interschool sports and Canberra Camp this year. I am overjoyed to have this amazing opportunity to be one of Doncaster Primary School’s 2026 school captains.

Mary Z 6R

Hi DPS, my name is Mary and I’m one of your 2026 school captains. I enjoy playing volleyball with my friends and drawing in my free time. Outside of school, I love spending time with my family and friends. I’ve wanted to be a school captain since Grade 3 because I’ve always wanted to help lead our school and make it a better and more inclusive place for everyone. I’m looking forward to leading our school with Determination, Pride and Success (D.P.S), speaking at assemblies, and going to Canberra Camp. I am extremely grateful to have this role and to make my final year of primary school a year I’ll never forget!

Maksym S 6K

Hello, my name is Maksym and I am one of your 2026 school captains. I have always wanted to be a school captain since I was little. Some of my interests are maths, P.E., spending time with family and friends, and most of all, playing with my wonderful cats. Outside of school, I enjoy playing soccer and tennis. I have always wanted to speak at assemblies and now I have that opportunity. I am looking forward to going to Canberra Camp and having the privilege of being one of the leaders at Doncaster Primary School. I am very grateful to be your school captain.
