Year 10 Outdoor Ed

Canoe Trip to Lake William Hovell

What an amazing day of fun and adventure our Year 10 Outdoor Education class had at Lake William Hovell yesterday. Glassy water, quiet bushland, and a canoe drifting along with nothing but paddle strokes and birds overhead set the scene for a memorable experience.

Fifteen Year 10 students took on the challenge of canoeing the entire lake in a single day! There were plenty of fun moments along the way, along with a well-earned lunch where the King River flows into the lake.

Well done to all students who attended. They demonstrated teamwork, resilience, participation, decision-making, and most importantly, a great attitude

A wonderful day to reset for our students.
