Year 8 Model UN Excursion
Big Ideas, Bold Voices: Year 8s at Model UN
Today a group of year 8 students headed up to Beechworth Secondary College to participate in the Model United Nations.
Our students represented the countries of New Zealand, the United Kingdom, France, the Marshall Islands and Costa Rica, discussing and debating how nations can work together to achieve gender equality.
Our fantastic year 8s stood up in front of over 100 other students, presenting their country’s views and engaged in conversations with students from other schools in the area.
