Under the guidance of Ms Gemma, a seasoned professional within the hospitality industry, students have explored all aspects of food creation - from turning basic ingredients into delectable treats to understanding how the hospitality industry operates.

 

Within this class, students have learnt how to properly measure, mix and bake various food items from scratch such as pizza, burgers, and cupcakes.

 

Aside from cooking, students have developed an appreciation for the work the goes into baking behind the scenes - learning to keep a kitchen tidy, properly cleaning dishes, sanitising workspaces and maintaining proper hygiene safety.

 

As the semester comes to an end, students are ready to take these newly minted 

skills and apply them at home!
