First Aid
The vast majority of staff at Jackson School are First Aid trained. Some staff members have advanced qualifications to deal with administering emergency epilepsy medication i.e. midazolam, monitor diabetes and any other issues that may arise. Relevant and updated training is completed. Parents/carers will be notified of any injury, treatment or action taken by staff.
Freedom of Information (FOI) Requests
School reports, curriculum details and teaching histories can be requested directly from your school. The Freedom of Information Act 1982 provides you with the right to access information in the possession of the State Government of Victoria. Some documents are not accessible. These include documents that affect the personal affairs of another person, are commercially confidential or would undermine law enforcement.
