JackPoints & JackStore
At Jackson School, our students are rewarded with JackPoints throughout the week for displaying our school values and expectations. Students can "purchase" items by redeeming their JackPoints at our JackStore. These reward items are free for students to take home. These items include:

- Soft Toys
- Balls
- Colouring and Sticker Books
- Games
- And much, much more...
Jackson Student Leadership Team (JSLT)
Our Jackson Student Leadership Team (JSLT) are our Student Representative Council (SRC). This is made up of elected students from Years 4 to Year 12. Students submit an application and sit an interview as part of this process. The JSLT provide opportunities for student voice, agency and leadership. Our captains and student leaders play an important role in providing feedback to the leadership team as well as representing the Jackson School at events and greeting important visitors to the school. The JSLT meet weekly to discuss feedback from students, upcoming events and work together on leadership projects.
Junior School (Prep-Year 4)
In Foundation (Prep-Year 2) students learn through a play-based approach focusedaround English, Maths, and Independent Learning aligned to Inquiry learningthemes. Students also participate in the Gross Motor Program (GMP) and theImaginative Play Program facilitated by the Allied Health team of Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists.
In Lower Primary (Years 3 and 4) our students continue a strong focus of English andMaths and influenced by an Inquiry Topic each term based upon the Humanities and Sciences. These are themed around two bi-annual themes of “Me and OurHistory” and “Me and Our World”. In Independent Learning lessons, students participate in the following programs: Rights, Resilience and Respectful Relationships (RRRR), eSMART (Cyber Safety, Respect Online, Digital Responsibility), School-widePositive Behaviour Intervention & Supports (SWPBS) and Health & Fitness.
