Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC)

The High Intensity Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) initiative provided by Their Care is a free service to families. The OSHC program runs after school between the hours of 2:50 pm and 6:00 pm and on school holidays. If you would like your child to enrol in OSHC please see Karen in the office for further information. Parents/carers must register to access this service.

Occupational Therapy

At Jackson School, the Occupational Therapy team provides support to classes to maximise access, independence, and participation in educational activities. Occupational therapists provide consultations to support with classroom participation, sensory processing, school-based self-care, fine and gross motor skills, social participation, mobility, and access. All students are exposed to the ‘Zones at Jackson’ program to support daily regulation. Equipment and environmental modifications are prescribed as needed.
