Visitors

All visitors must report to our Main Reception and sign in at the Xuno Kiosk with our prior to taking up their pre-arranged appointment. We cannot accommodate impromptu visits but will take phone numbers/email addresses and will ask staff to make contact as soon as possible.

Voluntary Contributions (previously Fees)

Schools provide students with free instruction to fulfil the standard curriculum requirements and we want to assure you that all contributions are voluntary. Nevertheless, the ongoing support of our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education and support for our students.

For 2025, Jackson School Council has recommended that families contribute a voluntary payment of $70 as a partial contribution towards curriculum consumables, online subscriptions and printed learning materials.

Vision, Values & Expectations

We believe the supportive culture as a collaborative learning community allows us to offer authentic, quality educational experiences that develop futures, create opportunities and inspire students' potential.

Over the last four years we have added additional learner characteristics which we teach our students to become a Jackson Learner. These eight Employability Skills will enable all of our students to be contributing members of the wider community. These are focused around our values of learning and independence

As part of the School-wide Position Behaviour Support (SWPBS/PBIS) program we have recently redefined our behaviour expectations. These are still focused around our three values of safety, respect and responsibility. These have been condensed into three learning areas: indoors, outdoors and community (which includes online and buses).
