Dance Development Program 

About the program

Students have been enthusiastically participating in their lessons, working collaboratively in small groups and eagerly learning new skills. The Dance Development Program aims to expose students to dance from Year 7, providing them the opportunity to build upon their knowledge and skills, and work towards completing VCE Dance. The Dance Development Program is relatively new at Reservoir High, however, it has gained a high level of interest and participation across Years 7-10. Lots of hard work and achievements have been made so far this year in the program and in the VCE Dance class as well. 

Top Class Dance Performance 

On Thursday the 18th of March, the VCE Dance class and students from the Dance 

Development Program attended the Top Class Dance performance at the Melbourne Recital Centre. The highest scoring dancers from around Victoria performed their solos demonstrating the requirements of VCE Dance to an extraordinary standard. It was a fantastic excursion for our dance students and one that has left them feeling enthusiastic and inspired. A big thank you to Nina Siska for all her help on the day.
