Advance class

This Year’s Advance students have had a busy start to the year. They have been registering for their Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award, selecting their activities for each section, where they have been working towards their goals over the past few weeks. They have also been preparing for our upcoming camp in Week 10 at Murrindindi. Over the two days on camp the students will be bike riding, camping overnight, cooking food for themselves in small groups and sleeping in tents. This camp counts for the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award ‘practice journey’ as part of their ‘adventurous journey’. Students have practised all required activities in class time and a number of excursions so they will be adequately prepared to put the skills to the test.
