YEAR 7 CRICKET
On March 5th, our Year 7 students competed in the Interschool Cricket event. While they didn’t make the finals, they put in a strong effort and demonstrated great teamwork. It was a fantastic opportunity to represent the school and enjoy the day.
YEAR 8 VOLLEYBALL
On March 13th we were lucky enough to play a volleyball tournament against other schools in our area. There were two boys teams and three girls teams. Unfortunately our A Grade Boys did not win any of their matches but the B Grade team won one out of their five games. The girls teams did very well and only just missed out on finals. Even though our teams missed out on finals we all had a great day and had lots of fun. We are still very proud and everyone tried their hardest.

WHOLE SCHOOL SWIMMING CARNIVAL
On Tuesday 11th March, we held the annual Lilydale Heights College Swimming Carnival. It was so good to see so many brilliant costumes and support from each house! There were novelty events and a costume parade with a high level of participation. After a hot day of swimming and supporting each other, Yarra came home with another win. Overall, a great day and a very successful carnival.
