From Shaun Andrews, Mental, Health and Wellbeing Leader
Feel the Magic, Grief Support Programs
We understand that experiencing the loss of someone important can be a difficult and emotional time for children and families. Grief can look different for every child, and having the right support and resources can help children feel understood, supported, and connected.
Following our school’s ongoing partnership with Feel the Magic, we wanted to share their free Resource Hub, which includes a range of resources designed to support children and their families through experiences of grief and loss.
The resources include helpful information, activities, and guidance to support conversations with children, understand their emotions, and provide reassurance during challenging times. You can access the resources here:

If your child or family is experiencing grief or loss, please know that support is available. We encourage families to reach out to the school’s Wellbeing Case Team (Kristen Pepyat, Sean Alston, Tom McCormick, and Emily Marlow) if there is anything we can do to help connect you with further resources or support.
