Casey South Mob Day

Cranbourne Secondary College was proud to host this year’s Casey South Mob Day, welcoming Koorie students, student leaders and staff from across the Casey South Network for a day of connection, culture and learning.

The day began with a smoking ceremony and welcome, accompanied by the sound of the didgeridoo. Students then took part in a range of cultural performances, games and activities, learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures along the way. It was a day full of fun, learning and cultural celebration, and a wonderful opportunity to connect with other schools in the network.

After two years at Cranbourne Botanic Gardens, hosting on our college grounds allowed us to broaden the range of presenters and activities on offer. We thank everyone who helped make the day such a success.
