Term 2 is off to a fantastic start with exciting developments across the school!
Shipping Container Café Project
Over the holidays, our café shipping container was successfully relocated to its new home and preparations for the first phase of the fit-out are now underway. This marks an exciting step forward in bringing our student-led community café to life, thanks to the support of Community Bank Buninyong.
Magic Moments Youth Summit
Last week, Siobhan Finn, Bailey Smith and I had the privilege of interviewing students for the Magic Moments Youth Summit—an inspiring opportunity supported by Community Bank Buninyong. We’re thrilled to share that the bank has generously increased their funding to support four Woodmans Hill students (up from three) to attend this all-expenses-paid summit in Sydney during the June/July holidays. Keep an eye on Compass for the announcement of our successful applicants!
Camps, Excursions & Events:
Our calendar is brimming with activities for all year levels in the coming weeks. We encourage all families to familiarise themselves with our Camps and Excursions Policy, which outlines expectations for behaviour and how students represent our school values at school and in the wider community.
