Year 11 Camp Adventure at The Tops Convention Centre, Stanwell Tops
Our Year 11 students recently enjoyed an exciting and enriching camp experience at The Tops Convention Centre in Stanwell Tops. Over the course of the camp, students engaged in a range of thrilling outdoor activities including abseiling, leap of faith, giant swing, and go-karting. These challenges helped build their confidence, teamwork, and resilience in a fun and supportive environment.
Alongside the physical activities, students participated in targeted study skills workshops focusing on effective time management strategies. These sessions aimed to equip them with practical tools to balance academic demands and extracurricular commitments successfully.
The behaviour of students throughout the camp was exemplary, reflecting maturity and respect for both staff and peers. Evenings brought opportunities for students to showcase their hidden talents, with many impressing their friends with karaoke performances and impressive dance moves during our lively “Let’s Dance” sessions.
Overall, the Year 11 camp at Stanwell Tops was a memorable experience that combined adventure, learning, and fun, leaving students feeling motivated and connected as they continue their journey through senior school. We look forward to more exciting opportunities like this in the future!
