YEAR 5/6 CAMP
Holy Family Camp Program
Next term our Year 5/6 students will be attending their annual school camp from Wednesday 26th- Friday 28th August, and this year will be going to Alexandra Adventure Resort.
We will begin preparing the children for their camp experience early next term, but parents you also need to help in this preparation by ompleting any notices that are published on SIMON. The first note will be sent over the next two weeks, and it is imperative that parents respond to any notes and emails to ensure we are prepared and have all the information required to ensure your child experiences success on camp.
FOOD ALLERGIES
Three will be questions asked about any food allergies/intolerances. Please complete these questions with as much information as possible, as this information needs to be passd on to the camp catering team to ensure your child receives the right menu.
MEDICATIONS FOR CAMP
If you respond that your child will need to take medication whilst away on camp, you will received a hard copy note in the first week back of next term. It is imperative that you check this document and send it back to me ASAP with any changes required or just signed to confirm everything is correct..
Students who have a current allergy or asthma plan on record at school, are not included in this. We will take the medications from school you have provided and follow action plans as appropriate. A spare EPI-PEN will need to be provided from home for camp.
