Year 7 Report 

Week 9 already – we are flying through this term. Yet we still have a lot of exciting things happening before the holidays. 

Eureka Division Netball Competition 

Yesterday, some of our Year 7 girls represented our school in the Eureka Division Netball Competition. All the students displayed a positive attitude, great sportsmanship, and tried their very best on the court. We are proud of their efforts — well done, girls! 

Year 7 Exams 

We began exams on Monday, 16th June, and the students have been demonstrating great focus and maturity throughout the week. The exams will continue until Friday, 20th June. Please make sure your child is well rested, prepared, and supported during this time.  

Backflips Against Bullying 

We are looking forward to a visit from Backflips Against Bullying on Monday, 23rd June. This promises to be a wonderful educational opportunity for our students to learn about the impact of bullying and strategies for addressing difficult situations. 

Students of the Week 

• 7A: Lydia — for always doing her work to her best ability with a strong willingness to challenge herself. Additionally, Lydia is always helping others. Well done, Lydia! 

• 7B: Dylan — for working hard to improve his handwriting and spelling, putting great effort into all subjects, and always bringing a fun, positive energy to class. 

• 7C: Thomas — for consistently working hard in his classes. Thomas always does his best in every task that he is asked to complete — you are a delight to have in 7C! 

• 7D: Liam — for putting in his best effort in everything he does. Liam approaches all tasks with determination and a positive attitude, setting a great example for persistence and hard work. 

• 7E: Andes — for applying additional effort recently in a few classes and making significant progress in his work. Fantastic work — keep it up, Andes!
