Year 9 Reward day

The end of 2020 saw Year 9 head to the Cables Aqua & Water Park for their well-earned rewards day.  Mrs Haskett, Mr Collins and Mr Howard were proud to see the grade take on the action-packed wakeboarding and knee boarding courses - with some spectacular wipeouts included!  The place to be though was the enormous aquatic obstacle course with the grade splashing, climbing and sliding their way to victory.  It was a wonderful day to spend out in the sun and water with our respectful, responsible and successful Year 9 cohort.

Here's what our students had to say about their great day out!

The group split up into two smaller groups, and we went to the huge aqua-park first.  It was so much fun going through this enormous obstacle course on the water.  Next, we went knee boarding which was much harder but still fun.  The highlight of the day was definitely spending quality time out in the water and sun with all my friends.

It was a wonderful day in the sun as we got to run through an inflatable water park and go wakeboarding out at Penrith.  The best part was being able to hang out with all my friends on the water and celebrate the end of the year.

Cables Wake and Aqua Park was a non-stop action-packed day.  From conquering the large inflatable obstacle course to riding the waves on a wakeboard, it was amazing fun.  The highlight of the day was being able to wakeboard because it felt awesome to go that fast on the water and wipeout spectacularly.

The Cables Wake Park Reward Day was a very fun and exciting experience with non-stop fun.  Both the wakeboarding and inflatable obstacle course were awesome.  The best part of the day for me was the inflatable water course since we could have fun trying to knock each other into the water!
