RAGE success

In Term 4, we had the privilege of having two RAGE programs being run at our school. The programs were run by MTC Australia who are already part of our school system with ‘Links to Learning’ and are very respected in the community.

Two groups of Year 9 boys participated in a 6 week program where they learned to identify and manage different emotions including anger. The improvement of emotional intelligence at a young age is essential for development and can improve other factors such as classroom learning.

Throughout the program, the boys not only discussed some sensitive and personal information, but were able to help one another in a great display of comradery.

Congratulations to all students who participated and completed the RAGE program.
