Year 10 Food Technology

Sensory Analysis

Year 10 Food Technology participated in a sensory analysis of foods. They sampled and analysed different foods, focusing on the texture, flavour, aroma and colour. They all thoroughly enjoyed this activity which gave them the opportunity to put their senses to the test. 

Celebration Cakes

Year 10 Food Technology designed and baked their own celebration cakes. They chose their favourite theme, and cake flavour, and produced some outstanding designs.
