FOCUS

On 9 December, Cecil Hills High School celebrated FOCUS Day. The day was filled with numerous events which emphasised the school’s core values:  Respectful, Responsible and Successful.

During Connect, students engaged in reflection activities on the school's values and what it looks like in practise. Students then attended year assemblies throughout the day, which celebrated their achievements as individuals.  Students received recognition awards for demonstrating the school's core values of being Respectful, Responsible and Successful by attaining CHAMP points which demonstrated their consistent behaviour throughout the year.

Lunchtime was filled with exciting games run by the House Leadership team where students participated and won prizes. Year 9 sold cans of soft drink and lolly bags in the main quad to raise money for new school equipment. It was great to see the school community come together and have a wonderful day.

I would like to thank all the students and staff that contributed to making the day a wonderful success.
