Sport - Athletics Carnival
HOUSE ATHLETICS MELBA HOUSE VICTORIOUS
On our final day of Term 1, we all headed out to the Bill Sewart Athletics Track for our House Athletics Carnival.
The sun was shining and conditions were perfect for our whole school event.
Our track events were filled with runners and our field events were busy all day. The whole venue was an array of House Colours which made the day fun. It was fabulous to see students dressing up and this year our Freeman staff really got into the House Spirit with their bright yellow costumes. In terms of the Champion House for the day, while the lead changed throughout the day, the results were as follows;
1st Melba
2nd Freeman
3rd Hollows
4th Dunlop
Our BHS Athletics Team will be chosen from these results for the Whitehorse Division Competition which is scheduled for Wednesday 9th August.
