🌏🚲 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP PODIUM! 🥉 

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of our very own Isla, who has just competed at the 2026 BMX World Championships in Brisbane, finishing 3rd in the World in Junior Elite Women! 🥉🏆 

Isla had an incredible Saturday, finishing 2nd in Moto 1 before taking out her Quarter Final in 1st place. With the Semi Finals and Finals scheduled for Sunday, unfortunately, racing was cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions and strong winds. The final results were therefore determined from Saturday's racing. 

While this was undoubtedly disappointing for all competitors, Isla showed incredible maturity, remaining calm and composed throughout the uncertainty. 

We are so proud of Isla's performance, determination and the way she represented Australia on the world stage.

Macarthur West Tigers Development Pathways 

Congratulations to Lily, Elly and Mia, who have been scouted into the Wests Tigers Pathways program! 

Even more impressive, the U15 Girls were undefeated! 

Congratulations, girls! We can’t wait to see what comes next! 

Macarthur Zone Athletics Carnival Results 

Camden High School celebrated an outstanding performance at the Macarthur Zone Athletics Carnival, with 15 talented athletes earning qualification for the Regional Athletics Carnival. A special congratulations goes to Renee and Alexis, who were both crowned Age Champions after delivering a string of exceptional performances across multiple events. Their remarkable achievements reflect the depth of athletic talent at Camden High School and serve as an inspiration to their peers. 

We wish all regional qualifiers the very best in the next stage of competition.

AFL Knockout Success 

Our Camden High School AFL team has enjoyed an outstanding campaign in this year's AFL Knockout Competition, demonstrating exceptional skill, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout both the Macarthur Zone and Sydney South West (SSW) competitions. 

The team began their campaign by claiming the Macarthur Zone Championship in dominant fashion, finishing the day undefeated with 130 points for and 27 points against. The boys recorded convincing victories over Mount Annan High School (22-0), Elizabeth Macarthur High School (28-6) and Elderslie High School (45-1), before defeating Mount Annan High School 35-20 in the Grand Final to be crowned Macarthur Zone Champions. 

The team's success earned them a place in the SSW Knockout, where they once again represented Camden High School with pride. After a tough opening match against Westfields Sports High School, the boys were narrowly defeated 35-21. They responded brilliantly by regrouping and producing an outstanding performance to defeat Bass High School 50-6. Although the results meant they did not progress to the next stage of the competition, the team displayed exceptional resilience, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the day. 

Congratulations to all players on an outstanding campaign. Their commitment, determination and positive attitude were evident throughout the competition, and they represented Camden High School with pride both on and off the field. We are incredibly proud of their achievements and look forward to seeing what they accomplish next year.
