Meet our Treasurer 

Hi, I’m Sophie, mum to Thibault, 11, in Grade 5, and this is my second year as treasurer of the P&F.

Originally from France, I’m a French teacher and run my own French language school, where we help learners of all ages actually speak French with confidence by making learning welcoming, practical and fun.

That’s also what I enjoy about the P&F: it’s a friendly and fun group of parents who bring families together and help create a warm, inclusive school community.

4 fun facts about me:

• I grew up in the Paris region, and it’s not as glamorous as it sounds.
• I’ve called Melbourne home for 14 years, and I believe it’s the best city in the world!
• We have a cat called Nyx. Technically, we live in her house; she tolerates us because we provide food and warmth.
• I don’t drive, but you’ll see me around on my bike, rain, hail or shine.
