Technology and Applied Science Faculty

The TAS faculty at Camden High School is excited to begin another year of hands on learning, creativity, and innovation in 2026. Technology and Applied Studies (TAS) offers students the opportunity to explore a wide range of practical subjects, including; Food Technology, Hospitality, Timber, Agriculture, Community and Family Studies, Textiles, Engineering, and Digital Technologies. These subjects allow students to design, create, experiment, and develop skills that are relevant to everyday life and future career pathways.

Through TAS, students engage in meaningful, real world learning experiences that build confidence, independence, and problem solving skills. Whether working in the kitchen, workshop, farm, or digital classroom, students are encouraged to think creatively, work collaboratively, and take pride in their achievements. Our faculty is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment where all students can challenge themselves and reach their full potential.

In 2026, we are proud to have a dedicated team of passionate teachers who bring a diverse range of skills and experiences to our faculty. We look forward to supporting our students as they learn new skills, explore their interests, and achieve success throughout the year.

Meet our TAS team and learn more about the subjects we teach below.

Camden high offers a myriad of different extra curricular activities which gives me the opportunity to coach many of our sporting teams, particularly Rugby League. The Camden/Cowra exchange is always a highlight.

I am very lucky to be working in the best faculty with fantastic colleagues who do a super job in guiding our students through their high school careers. I look forward to meeting our new Year 7 cohort and also reconnecting with some familiar faces throughout 2026 and of course taking a few down in our pickleball tournaments.
