Water Play and PE in 2024
Water Play
Our Year 7 and Year 8 Physical Education students headed out to Wellington Square for their last PE lesson of the year to cool down in the water play area. Students were racing leaves in the water, practicing their hair flicks or competing in the Year 7 versus Year 8 Basketball game.
Much fun was had by all and it was a great end to a wonderful year of PE!

Looking ahead
To start the 2024 Physical Education (PE) year, we will be diving into the swimming pools with our swimming program. All Years 7-10 students will be starting their 2024 PE Program with Swimming at UWA.
The Interhouse Swimming Carnival will take place in Week Four, at Claremont Aquatic Centre on Thursday 22 February.
Successful swimmers will be selected to represent the school at the ACC D-Division Swimming Carnival. We were elevated from E-Division this year from a successful win for our first time in the indoor pool. The D-Division ACC Carnival will take place at HBF Stadium on Monday 22 March.
Lock in these dates for early morning Swim Training at Trinity Swimming Pool, under the expert guidance from Western Sprint Coaches. Training takes place every Monday and Wednesday mornings at 6.30am.
