Our Koorie students were invited to the Korin Gamadji Institute (KGI), a centre of culture, strength, and learning for Indigenous youth within the Richmond Football Club. We headed into the Tigers footy club, where students had the chance to watch training, take photos with the players, and meet other First Nations students from all over Victoria.
Isacc Compton was our MC for the day, and a highlight of the event was learning about the story behind the 2025 Dreamtime guernsey, which the Mansell family developed - Clyde, Brett and Rhyan, who shared the beautiful story of what the experience meant to them and the significance of the artwork. We are incredibly proud of our students for getting involved in the Dreamtime Expo- stay proud and “Go Tigers!’
