FOOD TECHNOLOGY

This term in Food Technology, our Year 9 students explored the full design process by researching pizzas from different countries and then creating their own culturally inspired pizza. They developed unique flavour combinations, prepared their own bases, and showcased impressive creativity. Year 8 students also followed the design process, experimenting with ingredients and designing their own gourmet burgers.
Towards the end of the year, both classes enjoyed a fun activity baking and decorating gingerbread cookies with their own creative themes, allowing students to demonstrate their skills in presentation and creativity.
