THE CHILDREN’S PEACE MONUMENT HIROSHIMA

The Year 9.5 Religion class enjoyed making a group of paper cranes with the desire for peace and sending them to the Children’s Peace Monument in Hiroshima. These cranes were added to the collection in Hiroshima.

To avoid a repetition of the tragedy that befell many victims who died of the Atomic bombing, the International Peace Promotion supports schools to build a peaceful world without nuclear weapons. This is accomplished through support and cooperation from all over the world.
