A short walk to ‘Baked on Red Hill’ resulted in a great learning experience for Year 10 Food Technology students. As Jeremy is very passionate and experienced in sourdough production, the students learnt about the trend towards fermented foods and some of the complexities of running a food related business. I’d highly recommend dropping in and sampling the vast array of delicious breads and pastries available.
