Year 8 Careers Class

A Year 8 Careers class recently visited the Wangaratta Waste Management Station to learn more about the steps Wangaratta Council is taking to recycle and reduce waste across the community.

As part of their current unit on recycling, students are exploring ways we can all help reduce the amount of waste going to landfill.

The visit gave students the opportunity to see firsthand how waste is managed locally and the different processes used to support recycling.

A big thank you to Carissa and Sean from Wangaratta Council for making this valuable visit possible.
