As Term 2 goes by as quick as ever, craft has been taking off at Bize-E-Kidz. Especially paperplanes. At Seniors Darth Vader landed and paid us a visit in his impressive hand made, hand painted helmet. Business is booming at the many craft stores! This week we had the chatter box shop at Seniors. Chatterboxes come in all different colours. So too do the origami Roses that seniors have been hard at work perfecting. 

Over at Preps, the craft trolley has been transformed into a bustling cafe/ noodleshop/ library / paper shop. Combining the craft trolley and toy kitchen this multifaceted shop not only serves noodles and has planned seating, but also helps to keep all crafts in order. In the absence of gumnuts over at Molesworth, the preps have developed their own paper money. They’ve been working together to hand draw $0, $20, and $1000 bills circulating between the craft table and the paper bin. 

At Juniors, Educator Carmina has been facilitating Choir Club with her Ukulele which has been a great hit! Some of the songs the children practise include “I’m Yours”, “Golden”, “In the Jungle” and more is on its way! The choir club is held every Thursday afternoon. Any suggestions for songs for this ongoing club are warmly welcome! 

Biz-E-Kidz is accepting donations! Toys, sports equipment, board games, craft supplies, dress ups, books, fabrics or anything else you think could contribute to Biz-E-Kidz!
