Samuel Beck, Year 12

Newly graduated Samuel Beck is now an official ambassador for North Metro TAFE. 

The Year 12 student from the Class of 2023 completed a school-based traineeship to gain a Certificate III in Sport and Recreation.

Sam was a finalist in the WA Training Awards and is already blazing a trail in his chosen field. Meet the Ambassadors

Lia Watters, Year 8

Earlier this month Lia Watters won the Under 14 Girls 1500m and came second in the 800m with a four-second personal best at the WA All Schools Athletics Championships. 

The results qualify Lia to represent St George's and the state at the National All Schools Championships, which will be held in Perth from 8 December and are the pinnacle event for school-aged athletes.
