Group 9 – Term Highlights

This term, Group 9 has been actively engaged in developing a wide range of important life skills, including fine motor skills, literacy, numeracy, cooking, and digital technology. Students participated in various hands-on and interactive activities designed to enhance their learning, independence, and confidence.

Fine motor skills were practiced regularly through structured activities to improve hand strength, coordination, and precision, which are essential for everyday tasks. In literacy and numeracy sessions, students explored activities that supported their communication, reading, writing, counting, and problem-solving abilities.

Group 9 also enjoyed exciting practical experiences, including a bubble incursion, which provided students with a fun sensory learning opportunity. Another memorable activity was planting and caring for bean plants, allowing students to learn about nature, growth, and responsibility.

Overall, it has been a productive and enjoyable term 2, with students showing enthusiasm, creativity, and wonderful progress in their learning journey.
