Raising Money for OzHarvest

On Tuesday, the 25th of February, Warrell House came together for a fantastic fundraising event in support of OzHarvest, a charity dedicated to reducing food waste and providing meals to those in need. The day began with an exciting screening of Warrell’s very own MasterChef episode, where teachers and students battled it out in a friendly cooking competition, using yellow mystery ingredients to create delicious meals in just 30 minutes. 

Laughter and cheers filled the room as everyone watched the culinary chaos unfold. Following the screening, Warrell hosted its highly anticipated annual bake sale, with students and staff coming together to prepare an incredible selection of homemade treats. Spirits were high that day with everyone in free dress and the day was a success, thanks to Mr Smale’s famous Oreo cheesecake that stole the show. This led to us raising over $1500 for the day. It was a day of fun, teamwork, and giving back, that truly showcased the strength and heart of Warrell House.
