We are delighted to congratulate Year 11 student Elena, who has received the STEM for Women Goldfields Scholarship — an outstanding recognition of her talent and enthusiasm for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The scholarship is part of Goldfields’ broader initiative to encourage more young women into STEM pathways, offering significant support for students as they progress through senior school and into tertiary study.
The program not only provides financial assistance but also offers mentoring and valuable exposure to STEM industries, helping recipients build confidence and real‑world career insight. We are incredibly proud of Elena’s achievement and look forward to seeing where her STEM journey takes her. Congratulations, Elena!

We are also thrilled to congratulate Year 11 student Izabella, who has been selected for the prestigious 2026 Future Female Leaders Signature Program. Izabella was chosen as one of only 20 participants statewide, standing out among nearly 300 applicants from across Western Australia — an incredible achievement that reflects her passion, leadership potential, and dedication to making a positive impact.
This fully funded program supports and empowers young women as emerging leaders, and we are proud to see Izabella representing St George’s Anglican Grammar School with such distinction. We look forward to supporting her throughout this journey and celebrating all she will accomplish as part of this remarkable opportunity. Congratulations, Izabella!

And in the sporting world, Fieke Potter continues to shine – having competed in the Track & Field WA State Championship for the past two weekends. Fieke became the State Champion U15 girls for the 3k and the 1500m and won silver in the 800m with a great PB. She has now also qualified for the Australian Athletics Championship in Brisbane coming April. Go Fieke!
