Reading race heats up

Term One is flying by, and today marks two weeks since the official start of our Interhouse Readers’ Royale! At this point in time, Lincoln House has surged ahead with a commanding 1705 points, while Mandela House is holding strong in second place on 1235. We’ve also got a fresh face making waves with Cowan House sitting in third with 723 points. Meanwhile, last year’s Readers’ Royale Phase 1 champions, Gandhi House, are currently sitting on 181 points… which means there’s plenty of room for a comeback!

If you haven’t joined in yet, now’s the perfect time. Pop into The Laurence Library, borrow something you’ll genuinely enjoy, and help your House climb the ladder. Don’t forget the batch of bonus books on display on top of the curved shelf which are worth more points for a completed read! We’d especially love to see more readers from Gandhi and Cowan coming through as all it takes is a handful of enthusiastic readers to make a huge difference over the next few weeks before our next points update.
