Smile Squad is a Victorian Government program that provides free, high quality dental care to all Victorian government primary and secondary school students. This includes free dental check-ups, preventive services, and treatments

Dear North Melbourne Primary School Families,

The Smile Squad team from Cohealth are coming to our school soon.

Smile Squad will visit North Melbourne Primary School in Term 2 from 09/06/2026 for 1 to 2 weeks for the examination visit.

Smile Squad is the Victorian Government free school dental program, any student enrolled in a Victorian Goverment PS are eligible.  No need for a healthcare card, Medicare card or the CDBS.

This means all students can get a free dental check-up, preventive services, and treatment at school annually.

How to access free dental care

We need your consent before we can provide services. Consent is usually provided by a parent or guardian.
