Author Visit: Michael Wagner!

This Month, our students were treated to an engaging and inspiring visit from Australian children’s author Michael Wagner. 

His mix of humour, storytelling craft, and practical advice on writing and journaling had students laughing one moment and listening in absolute silence the next — especially during his special reading from the unreleased Annie’s Lantern.

Michael is the author of much‑loved titles including Maxx Rumble, The Undys, and Why I Love Footy, and his work has been recognised across Australia with multiple awards and shortlistings.

We’re grateful for Michael’s visit and the creative spark he left with our students.
