House Leadership Team-Building Day

The House Leadership Team ended the term on a high note with a dynamic and engaging House Leadership Team-Building Day, bringing together student leaders from all houses for an afternoon of collaboration, challenge, and celebration. The highlight of the event was an exciting Escape Room challenge, where teams put their problem-solving and communication skills to the test. Racing against the clock, students worked through clues, cracked codes, and relied on each other’s strengths to make their escape. The room buzzed with teamwork, determination, and plenty of laughter as each group faced the challenge head-on.

After conquering the escape room, our Senior Leaders stepped up to run a series of fun and fast-paced team-building games. These activities encouraged connection, trust, and positive leadership, giving our incoming house leaders the chance to build strong relationships before stepping into their roles next term. The event was a fantastic way to finish the term, leaving students feeling motivated, united, and ready to lead with confidence. We are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm and leadership shown by all participants.
