HSC Bodies of Work

Visual Arts encourages our students to look closely at the world around them - to notice, reflect, and immerse themselves in diverse cultures and experiences. They learn to draw inspiration from their observations, critically examine their own lives, and engage thoughtfully with the work of artists, photographers, and designers from across the globe. Through this process, they develop empathy and the ability to appreciate multiple perspectives.
This year, our Year 12 Visual Arts students have worked tirelessly on their Bodies of Work, a year-long project built around themes of their own choosing. They have explored society, politics, current events, and deeply personal experiences to create meaningful, thought-provoking artworks.
I congratulate all our Year 12 Visual Arts students on their remarkable creativity and commitment, and I wish them every success in their future endeavours.
