Fine Dining Masterclass

Our Stage 6 VET Cookery students took part in an exclusive Fine Dining Education Pathways Program, VET Ambassador Workshop with industry chef Tyler Pockran from whitehorse sydney on 26th  November. Students explored the difference between casual and fine-dining service, learnt about knife skills, and watched a live dish demonstration before taking part in a hands-on cooking session. 

 

A media crew captured the day, interviewing students about their future careers and highlighting the incredible opportunities the Hospitality VET pathway provides. A huge thank you to Tyler, Nicholas and our school leadership for supporting this inspiring industry-connected experience.
