Aboriginal Education

In Week 7, students from Camden High, Oakdale Public School, Cawdor Public School, Douglas Park Public School and The Oaks Public School were warmly hosted by Camden South Public School for the Connecting Through Culture event at their yarning circle. 

Students gathered around the fire to cook traditional damper before teaming up for a NAIDOC-themed escape room challenge. It was a fantastic afternoon of culture, collaboration and connection, with students building new friendships across schools and reconnecting with familiar faces from their primary schools. 

We look forward to continuing these cultural connections and learning together in the future.
